About Lorie Fossa, CZT™
For over 25 years, I have been working as a professional artist in a broad spectrum of artistic mediums. Recently, I decided to expand my love of art by venturing into a teaching role.
Having experienced a complete shutdown, and inability to pursue my art for a number of years, I inadvertently discovered a method of drawing that actually helped control and mitigate my anxiety and facilitated my return to my former quality of life and passion for art and helping others. (Link to my story) Privileged to attend the 2023 Zentangle CZTEU7 Seminar, I have earned a Zentangle Teacher Certification. As a result, I am thrilled to be able to share Rick and Maria's Zentangle™ Method with you and show you just how stress-relieving and rewarding this art form can be. Whether you are wishing to learn a new skill, simply unwind, or provide yourself a safe outlet for anxiety and depression, I would be honored to help you create something beautiful and guide you on your artistic journey through my prerecorded online teaching workshops. In this way you can use the Zentangle Method and receive its benefits any time of the day or night.
